Adsellum retains the collected personal data for the duration of the prospecting relationship, extending it by a maximum of two (2) years following the last contact if the prospect did not become a client.
Upon conversion into a client, the data is retained throughout the client relationship and the duration mandated by French law and regulations (particularly for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and anti-terrorism purposes), which is ten (10) years following the end of the accounting period encompassing the last invoice.

Adsellum is prohibited from processing, hosting, or transferring collected personal data to countries outside the European Union or those deemed “inadequate” by the European Commission without prior user notification. The user’s personal data may be processed by Adsellum subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers) solely for the purposes outlined in this policy. Adsellum ensures that these subcontractors cannot utilize the data for their own purposes.

Formspree acts as a mere data transmission conduit and does not collect personal data submitted through the contact form.
Personal data protection
Adsellum safeguards the collected personal data with measures commensurate to its sensitivity to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. In the event of an incident compromising data integrity or confidentiality, Adsellum promptly notifies affected users of the incident’s scope and the implemented remedial measures.
Moreover, Adsellum refrains from collecting so-called “sensitive” data and restricts access to personal data to a limited number of authorized personnel within the confines of their respective roles.
